Q: What do I require?
A:Accolade will send out a “surveyor” to your site and establish the best solution possible within your sites restrictions and in line with your requirements and budget. This same person will go through all ancillaries and options available to you.
Q: How does the pricing work?
A:Marquees are charged on a square meter basis plus ancillaries. Standard hire term is 3 days and installation would normally be completed at least 24 hours before your event start. Disassembly and site clearance would commence within 48 hours of event finish. Additional hire periods are available at a surcharge. Long term hire periods are also welcome and available.

Q: How and when do I pay?
A:We accept cheques, transfers and cash. A 25% deposit is required to confirm any booking. A further 65% is due 30 days prior to your event and the final 10% is due as cleared funds upon satisfactory project handover.
Q: When should I make my reservations?
A:As early as possible to avoid disappointment
Q: What about changes in my requirement?
A:Additions are welcome subject to availability.
Q: Is there a charge for delivery / collection?
A:There are no hidden costs, you pay what we quote and nothing more.
Q: What type of service can I expect?
A:You will receive a highly professional service, our staff are highly trained and we only undertake corporate style and quality work.
Q: What is my responsibility for return of equipment?
A:Absolutely none, we will arrive, disassemble, load and remove all the equipment.
Q: What happens if something is broken, damaged or missing?
A:We charge for missing, broken or damaged items. All equipment is the responsibility of the hirer for the duration of the hire period. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather.
Q: Do Accolade offer damage waiver?
A:Yes, as the hirer you remain responsible for all the equipment, damage waiver is 6% of the project cost and although it’s very unlikely something will get stolen or broken it has happened on occasions.
Q: Does Accolade have public liability insurance?
A:Yes, 5 million pounds for any single claim. Be careful when dealing with smaller companies as they normally do not have this critical insurance.
Q: Can Accolade recommend a Caterer?
A:Yes, Accolade work with several trusted and established caterers, whether it’s for a bat mitzvah or bar mitzvah an Asian wedding or corporate function we can provide you with the details of a trusted partner.
Q: Can Accolade help with Event organisation?
A:Accolade will happily provide details of event organisers who we work with to help you plan your event, the can help provide balloons to bands and guest appearances to helicopters
